Refund and Returns Policy

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping to ensure products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you face any issues, please review our Refund and Return Policy below.
1. Nature of Products
As we deal in food products such as spices and grocery items, returns are accepted only under specific circumstances to ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or replacement if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong product.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
- The package is tampered with or leaking upon delivery.
To be eligible:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Clear photos or videos of the product and packaging must be provided as proof.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used food products.
- Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone.
- Share your order number and issue details.
- Provide clear images/videos of the product.
- Our team will review and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved:
- We may arrange a pickup (where applicable), or
- Request you to ship the product back to our address.
5. Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
6. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, customers may opt for a replacement of the same product, subject to stock availability.
If the product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
- Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
